• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use GroupBeat. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Conduct

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not cheat, manipulate, or falsify activity or badge data.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

Your use of GroupBeat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in GroupBeat (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the exclusive property of GroupBeat or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Badges

Badges earned in GroupBeat are for personal, non-commercial use only. GroupBeat reserves the right to modify, add, or remove badges and badge criteria at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the App or its users.

10. Disclaimers

• GroupBeat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or content in the App.
• GroupBeat is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroupBeat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
